Parque Corredor Continues to Attract Brands

The shopping centre continues to incorporate new and exciting brands with the goal of making the centre a more modern, spacious and comfortable experience for visitors.

This week, the centre has opened a new 615sq m store for the sports equipment brand, Sprinter. This will be joined by a 600sq m JD store in the first week of April. Also recently inaugurated is Koker, a famous fashion brand, which opened a 175sq m store. The brand, which is led by Priscilla Ramirez offers a selection of women’s fashion that is created by and for women.

Following the Easter period, the centre will also open the Carlos Conde hairdresser along with the women’s fashion store Hug & Clau and Singularu, the trendy jewellery brand that promotes the Spanishness of its creators.

Following its period of remodelling, the New Parque Corredor is a more sustainable centre where large skylights have been created to provide a more efficient use of natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting. The lamps are state-of-the-art LEDs and new thermal efficiency systems are used in the hot and cold facilities. Redevco has committed to making all of its real estate assets across its portfolio ‘Zero Emissions’ by 2040.
