The leading developer, owner and manager of commercial real estate properties has announced the official launch of their latest development and first ever hotel project, The Ray Hotel Delray Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton.
Located on NE 2nd Avenue in the heart of Downtown Delray Beach, The Ray will boast Tropical Modern architecture by Gonzalez Architects. Living walls, a rooftop floating forest and lush tree canopy sit atop the hotel, whilst large-scale sculptures and a number of immersive art installations bring the heat of Delray Beach to life within the resort.
The 141 guest rooms and suites have been designed by Virserius Studio and feature furnished balconies that boast stunning views of downtown Delray Beach. Custom-made furniture and hand-woven rugs add to the modern and eclectic aesthetic of the guestrooms. State of the art technology, with everything from digital key entry to energy-efficient lighting controls and mobile device control for TV and room service, the hotel intends to provide a seamless visit for guests.
The Ray will offer over 45,000sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space and the 2,200sq ft floating glass cub and corresponding rooftop are the adorning gem of the property.
The hotel is scheduled to open in summer 2021.
