The store is set to open on the second floor of Taroko Mall in Taiwan’s Taichung City on April 16, 2021.
2nd Street Taiwan Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of GEO Holdings. Within Japan, GEO Holdings has more than 2,000 shops and EC stores, including GEO Shops, which sell and rent DVDs, CDs, and video games and 2nd Street, which sells used products including clothing, furniture and appliances. The first 2nd Street in Taiwan opened in August of 2020, and this new store located in Taroko Mall, will be the brand’s third.
The store will follow a similar lay out to other 2nd Street stores in Japan, in ways that categorise the different items and genres, making it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. It will also include dedicated areas that show off and sell the most recent fashion trends, including street style and casual style.
Taroko Mall, in which the new 2nd Street store will open, is a mixed-use shopping and business centre.
