KŌYŌ, a Japanese-inspired concept by Solutions Leisure is opening over two levels in the InterContinental Dubai Marina hotel in July.
The F&B operator’s latest venue will be opened in collaboration with property firm Select Group UAE. Spanning two storeys at the InterContinental Dubai Marina hotel, the new opulent Japanese restaurant and bar is inspired by the sophisticated beauty and intrigue of the iconic Japanese geisha.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Solutions Leisure, Paul Evans, commented: “Sleek, upbeat and sophisticated, this larger-than-life oriental hotspot does traditional Japanese culinary and entertainment in a whole new way.”
The news comes following an announcement from Paul Evans that the group will be opening five new venues this year as Dubai’s food and entertainment industries continue to bounce back and recover from the Coronavirus pandemic.
