The company has started work on the project MIMO, which will encompass approximately 40,000sq m of offices, services and retail in Mölndal.
The project will include the renovation of already existing buildings as well as the construction of a 17-storey building, which will contain both offices and services. The building will receive a sustainability certification at the BREEAM Excellent level. Construction will begin in the autumn and the project is scheduled to be completed in 2024. One-third of the scheme is already let to a roster of tenants including SATS and Mindpark.
