New Shopping Centre to Open its Doors in Prague

A new shopping centre developed by KKCG Group that will feature 9,000sq m of retail space is set to open its doors tomorrow.

Part of the multifunctional Bořislavka Centrum complex and situated next to the Bořislavka metro station, the complex also comprises 24,000sq m of Class A office space in four office buildings, three of which are also opening this month.

The retail space will feature multiple anchor tenants, and unusually, virtually none of them will be fashion tenants and instead feature companies such as Lidl, a dm drugstore and a Knihy Dobrovský.

The second part of the shopping centre will open in September. According to local daily E15, 85 per cent of retail space has already been leased.
