The Sharjah-based real estate developer has announced the completion of the first phase of Al Mamsha, its new mixed-use project in the emirate.
Strategially located in Sharjah, the Al Mamsha project features sidewalks and walkways as well as bicycle paths, children’s play areas, restaurants, cafes and an exciting retail component. Phase One of the project comprises of seven buildings featuring 693 residential units and 41 retail stores. The residential units vary between one, two and three bedroom apartments, which have all been designed to the highest international quality standards.
Group Chief Executive Officer, Issa Ataya, commented: “We are thrilled to announce the start of the handover of Phase One in Al Mamsha, a project that fulfils the vision of the late Sheikh Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Founder of the group, to provide unique lifestyle experiences for local communities and retailers.”
The handover of residential and retail units will begin later this month.
