The US fashion retailer has announced plans to close the stores this summer as it continues with plans to streamline its store estate.
The locations of the affected stores have not yet been revealed however the company has confirmed that they will not extend the lease of the affected stores when they expire on July 31. This follows a strategic review that was launched in Autumn of last year.
As part of the review, which remains ongoing, the brand has announced its intention to secure store partnership deals for its European stores in the UK, France, Italy and Ireland. Deals have already been struck in France and Italy, however no deals have yet been confirmed for the UK and Ireland.
The brand’s remaining 50 standalone stores and outlets across the UK and Ireland are currently still under review and will continue to operate as normal until a decision has been confirmed.
