The start of 2021 has been exceptionally successful for the group, with a number of new opening across Dubai since the end of 2020.
In as little as six months, Sunset Hospitality has opened a number of successful concepts including Lola Taberna Espanola at Tryp by Wyndahm Barsha Heights, Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori at Galleria Mall Dubai, and Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse with Joe’s Backyard and new Italian concept, Isola Ristorante.
Chief Executive Officer, Antonio Gonzalz, commented: “We have taken an approach of doing projects that we like. Financials are very important, but we have taken projects that we connect to as an organisation and feel passionate and excited about. We are very picky about the quality of food and we strive to get the best service possible. We create the overall experience so it’s also about being genuine.”
The group hopes to continue their successful run with more projects and openings planned for the remainder of the year including SushiSamba and the highly-anticipated Aura Skypool at The Palm Tower.
