The three projects, which will cover an area of 60,000sq m, have been approved in Madinah by Saudi officials.
The three new projects will support the municipality’s plans to empower the private sector and strengthen services available to residents and visitors to the region.
The first approved project is a commercial entertainment project set to be located on Al-Hijra Road. Occupying an area of 42,000sq m, the project will house 51 shops, 22 outlets, and a variety of cafes and restaurants as well as an open seating children’s play area. The centre will also provide a range of public services, prayer areas and car parks for guests and visitors.
The second project will be built on Quba Road in the Al-Sad neighbourhood and will include a commercial market consisting of 58 commercial showrooms. The area, which covers 13,000sq m, will be decorated with green spaces and public services.
The third and final project will be built on Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Road in the Al-Arid neighbourhood. It will include four trade fairs, green spaces and an open garden in the centre.
