The high-end Italian seafood restaurant called L’Amo Bistro Del Mare is set to launch at the new Dubai Harbour Yacht Club later this year.
Although no official opening date has yet been announced, Antonio Gonzalez, Sunset Hospitality CEO anticipates that the restaurant will open around October time. The restaurant will aim to bring authentic Italian glamour to a beautiful building, which looks like the spine of a large fish.
Sunset Hospitality Chief Executive Officer, Antonio Gonzalez, commented: “L’Amo is a premium Italian seafood concept. We’ve worked very hard on a design that is special. It has a terrace which is situated almost in the middle of the sea. You have views of the palm, views of all of the Marina.”
This will be the first partnership between Sunset and Mine & Yours, with Mine & Yours set to open its first UAE restaurant this year. The group’s Chic Nonna is set to open this September. Given that Gonzalez and Mine & Yours Managing Partner Piero Giglio are good friends, the pair were eager to partner on a project.
