The new hotel, called Alila Hinu Bay, joins the brand’s existing Alila Jabal Akhdar Oman hotel.
Complete with 112 rooms and 16 villas, the hotel is located on the beachfront in Oman’s southwest region of Dhofar. Travellers can expected to be immersed in an authentic yet bespoke journey that is perfectly tailored to their own preferences and interests.
Each of the dining venues at Alila Hinu Bay sourced the majority of their produce from local vendors. Seasalt offers views over the ocean and welcomes guests to indulge in a coastal dining experience. The Orchard meanwhile delivers sustainable, all-day dining and the Lobby Lounge provides guests with light refreshments.
“We are very excited to add Alila Hinu Bay to the Hyatt portfolio and welcome guests to this region of Oman, a true nature lover’s paradise full of stunning landscapes, waterfalls and greenery,” said Martin Persson, General Manager, Alila Hinu Bay. “Dedicated to being responsible and sustainable, guests can enjoy the farm to table concept at one of our three dining options or treat themselves to a customized spa experience that uses natural products.”
