Zenith Watches Opens New Retail Concept

LVMH, owner of luxury watch-maker Zenith has chosen Le Bon Marche in Paris to showcase its new retail concept in Europe.

The new store houses a wall that is divided into four sections, with each one carrying a different theme that corresponds to watch styles and families. The sections are the Pilot section, indicated by a small globe of the world; the Defy section, which represents the label’s technical prowess; the Chrono-Master which is closely linked to the brand’s manufacturing facilities and the El Primero movement and the classics.

The new store also features a ‘history bar’ where clients can take a break and order a drink.

Zenith Chief Executive Officer, Julien Tornare, commented: “It’s an environment that’s a lot more fresh, with a lot more light, and a clear line of communications.” Regarding the brand’s performance, he continues: “What we’re seeing is that people want to treat themselves. We’ve had a real pickup this year – Zenith has had a record six months. I think the work we have put into place these past few years is paying off. We’ve bounced back strongly this year.”
