Miral, the Abu Dhabi-based developer, has announced that the upcoming DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residencies is set to open by the end of 2021.
Construction is currently at around 96 per cent and the serviced residence is a part of a wider strategic partnership between Miral and Hilton to bring world-class hospitality options to Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island. Upon completion, DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences will offer a total of 156 residences.
Miral is said to be investing a total of AED200M into DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences, which will cater to business guests as well as larger families and group.
