The new Cantonese restaurant and karaoke bar will feature 14 private dining rooms hosting between eight and 25 people each.
A maze-like eatery, Jiangnan Spring will feature 14 private dining rooms ranging in capacity from eight to 25. Each room comes with a designated music bar area for guests to enjoy during their stay with advanced sound and LED systems. The rooms will all have in-built sound insulation and washroom amenities.
The menu has been designed by the restaurant’s executive chef to offer authentic Cantonese cuisine. It includes Peking style roast duck, Cantonese BBQ goose, braised goose feet with abalone sauce, charcoal-grilled beef steak and more.
A licensed venue, it will also offer beverage pairings selected by the restaurant’s team of sommeliers. Post-dinner, guests can head over to Jiangnan’s Spring’s karaoke bars. Each will feature a range of musical hits via state-of-the-art equipment.
There’s also a multi-functional ballroom for hosting birthday banquets, cocktail parties, and anniversary celebrations.
