Edamah, the real estate arm of Mumtalakat has signed a partnership with Minor Hotels to develop two new upscale hotels at Bilaj Aljazayer, Bahrain.
The two hotels, Avani Hotel and Tivoli Hotel are set to open in 2024 at Bilaj Aljazayer, which is currently undergoing a period of redevelopment. These resorts will be the first hospitality offers in the area, and also mark Minor Hotels’ entry into Bahrain.
Located on Bahrain’s south-west coast, Bilaj Aljazayer spans an area of 1.3 million square metres of land with a three kilometre beachfront. The new mixed-used development will feature resorts, residential villas and apartments, food and beverage outlets, offices and retail and entertainment offerings.
