The newly inaugurated store is located in Europolis, a commercial area specialised in special design, furniture and lighting within Madrid.
The new store aims to bring design and inspiration closer to the towns located in the west of Madrid. The new suburban store occupies a total area of 3,070sq m across three floors. The street level and first floor are dedicated to the exhibition of items and sale space whilst the basement is complete with parking spaces.
“We are very happy with the opening of this new store in Las Rozas, which allows us to be closer to the towns in the west of Madrid. We wanted to offer our customers a great shopping experience, in a smaller format than usual, but which brings together inspiration, assortment and all our services in the same space. We have also given much prominence to assisted planning, so that our clients can design the home of their dreams with the help of our experts,” commented Javier Martin, IKEA Market Director in Madrid.
The store will offer click and collect service for customers to purchase online and collect in store and order and collect where the customers places their order in store and picks it up at a later agreed date.
