The UAE branch of the much-loved fast food restaurant is continuing its expansion across the Middle East with a new restaurant set to open in the fourth quarter of 2022 in Abu Dhabi’s Al Dhafra.
The restaurant will be brought to fruition through McDonald’s partnership with Al Dhafra Sports and Cultural Club. The restaurant will boast a capacity of 30 seats and will include a McCafe as well as a drive-thru service and self-ordering kiosks. Customers will also be able to take advantage of the McDelivery service.
Mohammed Mubarak Al Khaili, Chief Executive Officer of Al Jazira Restaurants Development Company (McDonald’s UAE), commented: “McDonald’s UAE has always been keen to grow with intent and therefore we are delighted to further our expansion efforts through our newest restaurant, marking our first venture into Al Dhafra. It will provide convenient ordering options alongside welcoming hospitality.”
