The recently launched hospitality company is set to launch their first, managed experiential food and bar hall venue, spanning Dubai’s waterfront destination, The Pointe.
The venue, called Social Distrikt, will open in Q4 of this year, offering consumers an exceptional multi-sensory dining experience overlooking the world’s largest fountain, The Palm Fountain. The food and beverage hall is set to feature grape gardens, gastro bars, dining lounges, social spaces, entertainment corners, culinary workshop areas and much more, all under one roof.
The concept will boast a unique, first-of-its-kind business model, making it an attractive opportunity for bespoke dining experiences, offering delicious foods, drinks and background music. The hall will bring together regional and global brands, which have the opportunity to set-up-shop at minimal capex and opex deployment by renting out a façade, a kiosk or a pop-up kart within the venue.
