The 36,000sq ft ladies-only health centre is set to open this coming September in Dubai’s Al Mizhar area.
Fit Hub will bring together a mixed bag of workouts and will include a HIIT studio, a cycling studio, yoga, CrossFit and Pilates classes. The centre also had a dedicated state-of-the-art Aqua Hub that will offer water-based fitness activities such as aqua tone, yoga, balance and burn, all in an eight-lane Olympic-size swimming pool.
The Hub will also offer dishes by Protein House, the American franchisee that is known for producing healthy gourmet meals. Expected items available include wellness shots, lean bowls and protein burgers, which have all been made from fresh and hormone-free produce.
Elsewhere, the Fit Hub’s Beauty Corner offers a list of services such as bespoke spa treatments, hair and nail services, plus a sauna and cold plunge pool. The experience is completed with a luxury boutique that offers athleisure and high fashion apparel and accessories.
