The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle hotel is now open, housing a selection of new restaurants launched under the leadership of industry titan Mark Patten at The First Group.
Headlining the hotel’s dining venues is Santè Ria, a Latino-inspired venue that will serve up South American dishes. Also included within the complex is Village Bistro – a family-friendly venue that will offer an à la carte and international buffets. There’s also the Terrace Pool with a range of drinks, snacks and BBQ dishes as part of the hotel’s regular themed nights.
Patten explained: “One of The First Collection’s brand pillars is that we empower communities and we are going to do just that through our restaurants at the hotel. Jumeirah Village Circle is one of Dubai’s most in-demand residential communities but has very limited options in terms of licensed, midscale restaurants to cater to the residential supply. The restaurants at The First Collection Jumeirah Village Circle will meet this demand in the area by offering exciting dining experiences, great food quality and value for money. In addition to Santè Ria and Village Bistro, there will be an exciting new concept coming soon to the 40th floor, so watch this space.”
