The highly-anticipated and luxury project is set to open on February 2, 2022 according to Abdulaziz Al Rabban, Co-Founder of the project.
In its entirety, the Place Vendôme project will comprise a mall, three hotels, restaurants, cafés and international brand stores with an approximate area of 1,000 metres. The project also consists of a fully air-conditioned outdoor area, daily laser shows and water fountains. According to the Place Vendôme website, the project will also feature a canal that will through the building directly from the sea.
Inspired by Parisian scenery and its high-end shopping street in Paris, Rue de la Paix, the Place Vendôme project is being delivered by United Developers, a group of four Qatari investors who have utilised their expertise in retail, real estate, construction and contracting to bring the project to life.
The project’s website states: “Place Vendôme adheres to and supports the pillars of Qatar National Vision 2030. The project reflects United Developers’ commitment to Qatar’s economic diversification as well as human and social development through the opportunities and hobs that the project will create during construction and upon completion.”
