The UAE-based retail giant has hired Mace to support the delivery of its Riyadh North development, including Mall of Saudi.
Mace was appointed following a competitive regional tender process and will oversee the entire Riyadh North development, which spans close to one million square metres of built-up area. The duration of the contract will see Mace oversee planning, construction, commercial and control management.
The SR 16bn master-planned Riyadh North project and Mall of Saudi are expected to be home to over 600 retail stores across a 300,000sq m GLA. The area will also house nine hotels and branded residencies with a total of 2,000 keys and Ski Saudi, the region’s largest indoor ski slope and snow park.
