Buccellati Opens Tokyo Flagship

After the Korean opening, the Milanese high-end jewellery brand opens the doors of its first Japanese flagship in Tokyo.

The two-storey store is located in Namiki-dori Street, in Ginza, the district of the great luxury brands. The boutique is characterised by an imposing facade surmounted by a glass decoration that represents the logo of the maison. The concept, conceived for extreme luxury shopping, is enriched by a large staircase leading to the second floor, where there is a coral counter and a VIP room.

Buccellati has been present in Japan for about 50 years through corners in leading department stores and through selected multi-brand retailers. The landing in the country took place in 1972 with Wako to exhibit their creations in the store in the heart of Giza. Beyond Wako, the maison has shop-in-shops and corners managed directly in Takashimaya Nihonbashi and Osaka, Mitsukoshi Nagoya and soon also in Hankyu Osaka, together with the pop-up Isetan Shinjuku.

Buccellati, 100 per cent controlled by the Swiss giant Richemont, is present in the main international capitals, with boutiques in Milan, Paris, London, Moscow, New York, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
