Developers have announced plans for a 32,000sq ft Target store to be located at the southeast corner of Mack and Woodward avenues, and will anchor new apartment buildings.
City Club Apartments, the developer of the project, said that the store will follow the format of similar sized stores around the country. The store will anchor a new complex of 350 apartments and penthouse apartments in three connected buildings complete with 186 underground parking spaces.
The apartment hotel will also feature: a lobby lounge library, indoor and outdoor theatres, Sky Park with rooftop pool, Bark Park, Sky Club Outdoor Terrace, a 24/7 whole body fitness centre, multi-function yoga and wellness room, business centre and conference rooms.
City Club Apartments CEO, Jonathan Holtzman, commented: “The next stage of the development process is to develop and receive approval for a complete set of architectural plans and specs. This development requires continued collaboration on many additional critical components.”
