Australia’s first Dyson Demo Store – Service Centre has opened its doors at Castle Hill in Sydney’s northwest.
The 400sq m Dyson Demo store will provide technical support, servicing and maintenance tips. The brand has expanded its local customer service with seven new roles at the store. Dyson Experts will be on hand to offer styling tips and air purification guidance; cleaning demonstrations and explanations to better understand Dyson technologies.
Glenn Andrew, Dyson Australia and New Zealand Managing Director, commented: “We know that people increasingly want to buy from Dyson direct so we developed our Dyson Demo Store – Service Centre with Dyson experts to provide advice, help and guidance using live demonstrations and educational experiences.”
The store itself features a walk-in service bar where two Dyson experts are available to help resolve machine faults. There are also three Dyson technical experts back of house should they be needed to offer any assistance. Meanwhile, the retail area is manned by four Dyson experts that offer live demonstrations. There is also a personalisation bar that provides gift wrapping for any in-store purchases.
