The Hong Kong-based burger concept is bringing its offering to diners in Kowloon, Hong Kong, for the first time with their new store in Harbour City shopping mall.
Set to open in Harbour City this month, Honbo will be open daily and will offer its USDA Double Gold Standard smash burgers alongside a range of sides. The brand prides itself on bringing simple and straightforward American-style burgers made with the highest quality ingredients.
The store, which has been designed by JJ Acuna at Bespoke Studios, features classic diner-style seating in a contemporary setting, Guests can slide into a booth overlooking the water, or grab a burger to go from the counter.
Michael Chan, Founder, Honbo, commented: “We are thrilled to be opening our first Kowloon store. Harbour City is a dream location for us – it’s the city’s largest and most diverse shopping mall and I believe our unique brand of smash burgers will be a welcome treat to all those who visit the mall’s 450-plus shops.”
