Thailand’s coffee chain has launched its very first flagship store inside Bangkok’s Center Point Siam Square.
The True Coffee flagship features a minimal design and focuses on enhancing its in-store experience with a digital-focused concept. In an innovative, engaging and exciting move, customers can get coffee made by Thailand’s first barista robot, called ‘Nong Pui Fai.’ Other digitally-focused offerings include customers keeping their coffee hot with IOT Mug, and the ability to order through True Coffee’s mobile app.
The flagship store offers customers a wider menu with a food and beverage selection that is exclusive to that store. Furthermore, guests can also access a range of ready-to-eat dishes, including spaghetti, burgers, fish and chips and fried rice.
The True Coffee brand is operated by True Lifestyle Retail Company, which is owned by Supachai Chearavanont, CEO of CP Group. Currently, the coffee chain has 120 stores across the country and across three international markets – Myanmar, China and Laos.
