China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East is scheduled to start working on the project in Quarter 1 of this year.
Select Group has awarded a $171.3M contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) to build its latest waterfront project in Dubai’s Business Bay. The global property developer launched Peninsula in October 2021, with the main construction work for phase one of the project is set to start in Q1 of 2022.
