The Real Greek Embarks on Northern Expansion

With the launch due in February, The Real Greek is opening a 4,700sq ft unit in the Trafford Centre’s food court.

The Real Greek, which has been operating restaurants in London since 1999, has now also expanded across the south of England to take its total number of restaurants to 21. It also runs its ‘Greek on the Street’ Souvlaki shop which is inspired by Greek street food culture.

Nabil Mankarious, Managing Director of The Real Greek, said: “The last few years have been amazing and we’ve been delighted at the way people have embraced The Real Greek and everything it represents.  We are excited to be taking the brand to the North of England and the Trafford Centre is an obvious choice for one of our first northern restaurants.  Manchester has a huge foodie scene and it’s only right that The Real Greek becomes a part of this at the region’s biggest retail and leisure destination.”
