The Alef Group CEO has also announced that the mixed-use scheme is expected to be delivered during the last quarter of 2024.
Sharjah-based developer Alef Group has announced the start of construction of more components of its Al Mamsha Seerah mixed-use project. Suroor 3 and 4 have been inaugurated, which are two of the 10 buildings in Al Mamsha Seerah. The Surour 3 building includes 105 housing units while Surour 4 includes 199 units, the developer said in a statement.
It added that the units are suitable for small to medium-sized families and provide recreational opportunities including extended green spaces, multiple walkways, open areas for outdoor pursuits and a sports hub.
