Italian food and beverage provider Matterello has agreed a 15-year deal with Peel L&P on a 2,454sq ft unit within Trafford Palazzo, part of TraffordCity.
The agreement marks another exiting milestone for Trafford Palazzo and signals a return of confidence in the food and beverage and leisure sectors. Those visiting the luxury Italian restaurant will be able to enjoy authentic cuisine and also immerse themselves in the experience, with on-site pasta making classes and other experiential events.
Matterello aims to be accessible and artisan restaurant with traditional values, preparing all its food freshly on side. Dishes on the menu will include bruschetta with salsa rossa, marinated squid, fettuccine, pesto and gorgonzola and a wide selection of desserts.
