CapitaLand Investment Limited’s (CLI) wholly owned lodging business unit, The Ascott Limited has launched lyf One-North Singapore, its first co-living property in one-north, Singapore.
Set to become an integral part of one-north, Singapore’s research and innovation hub, the 324-unit lyf One-North Singapore will meet the hospitality and co-living needs of many innovative start-ups, research and development firms as well as high-tech and media enterprises located nearby. It will also inject vibrancy into the district through its experiential programme and placemaking activities.
The property itself comprises two towers connected via a link bridge and spans seven storeys. Designed by award-winning local architecture firm, WOHA, the co-living space boasts features that aim to promote bonding, wellness and community-building through its thoughtful and biophilic designs.
lyf One-North Singapore is the second lyf-branded co-living property in Singapore, following the successful opening of lyf Funan Singapore in 2019. Following this, another lyf-branded co-living property will open, with lyf Farrer Park Singapore slated to start receiving guests in February 2022.
