As customer demand continues to increase, five London restaurants that temporarily closed due to the pandemic have reopened.
In the city and central London, restaurants at Moorgate (Jan 26) and Holborn (Feb 14) will fully reopen after they were forced to close. Moorgate with 160 covers closed nearly two years ago when the first lockdown was announced. Restaurants at Hampstead (re-opens Feb 16) Park Royal (reopened on January 10 for delivery and Click + Collect) and Hammersmith which was only trading for delivery and click + collect have now fully reopened.
The re-openings demonstrate wagamama’s confidence after the lockdowns and the need to meet demand for their iconic dishes like Katsu curry, warming ramens and delicious plant based dishes such as Veganuary’s featured dish Tempura F-ish + Bang Bang Yaki-imo (a wagamama take on the classic Fish & Chips!)
wagamama Senior Regional Marketing Manager Sita Dobbs said: “we’re so excited to welcome our loyal guests back to our benches at some of our most loved London restaurants. We’ve seen such an incredible demand for our nourishing bowls in London with the return of office workers and the city coming back to full swing again. Our teams can’t wait to greet our locals again in City Point (Moorgate), where we’ll be meeting the demand for wagamama, reopening for dine-in, delivery and click + collect.”
