Perched atop the recently opened Dubai Edition Hotel, the newly opened Inti restaurant is a Japanese-Peruvian concept that offers a compelling option for fans of Nikkei cuisine.
The new hotspot joins other much loved dining options including French outlet Jolie, Italian concept Duomo, pool bar Thía, and then soon-to-open bar and lounge, Ergo, which will complete the Dubai Edition’s culinary offering.
Inti is situated on the 23rd floor of the Donwtown Dubai hotel, with the space offering stunning views of the surrounding area, including the much-loved and iconic view of the Burj Khalifa. The open air terrace (which can be closed off in summer time) provides the most coveted view and the cosier, covered space is complete with intriguing décor and ambient lighting.
The menu consists of a range of seafood ceviches, a must-try tuna tar-tar and truffle yuzu, bao with smoked brisket, panca barbecue and cabbage and a guacamole freshly prepared at the table.
