Atrium’s flagship shopping centre in Poland’s Warsaw, Atrium Promenada, is beginning the next stage of its redevelopment.
The investment intends to refurbish the second part of the shopping centre, with the first one being completed in autumn 2018. The changes will include a comprehensive refurbishment of the interior and a remodelling of the entrance to the mall from Jana Nowaka Jeziroańskiego Street.
“Atrium Promenada is the flagship of our portfolio with a wide range of premium brands. We have been transforming it since 2016 as part of successive phases of work. The current modernization will allow us to offer customers an even richer proposition in this area. Particularly in such large and significant locations as Warsaw, a modern European capital which is developing dynamically,” says Scott Dwyer, Group Managing Director – Retail, Atrium European Real Estate.
The shopping centre will continue to function normally during the ongoing modernisation works. The refurbishment will be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
