Northern Ireland’s Game of Thrones Studio Tour Opens

The new visitor attraction will take fans to Westeros, offering them a look at imagery, props, costumes and sets from the show.

The ‘game-changing’ new visitor attraction has opened at Linen Mill Studios in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. With sets including the Great Hall at Winterfell, Dragstone’s Throne Room, and the Mess Room at Castle Black, this studio tour is the place to be to see real and authentic moments from the show.

Stormont Economic Minister, Gordon Lyons, said: “This is the only place on the planet where you can see first-hand some of the stunning sets, intricate costumes, imaginative props, breathtaking concept sketches and many more authentic items related to the show.”

Additional offerings at the studio tour include a pre-show experience and retail area which sells dedicated Game of Thrones merchandise, as well as a restaurant, terrace and café area.

Lyons continued by saying: “I congratulate studio owners on bringing the project to fruition and look forward to seeing the positive impact the Game of Thrones Studio Tour has on the local tourism landscape for many years to come.”
