Tickets go on Sale for Dubai’s Museum of the Future

Tickets have gone on sale for Dhs 145 per person on the Museum of the Future’s website with children under the age of three going for free.

Dubai’s highly-anticipated Museum of the Future is opening to the public on February 22 with tickets now on sale for the state-of-the-art attraction. Described by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruled of Dubai, as ‘the most beautiful building on earth,’ the museum’s website is now selling tickets.

Lath Carlson, Museum of the Future Director, said: “When they hear ‘Museum of the Future’, a lot of people envision robots, flying cars and shining gadgets. But that’s not really what we’re about. Some of those things are fantastic and creative and innovative. If they address a big challenge like climate change, we want to show them off.”

Covering an area of 30,000sq m, the museum features a stainless steel façade adorned with Arabic calligraphy and quotes from poems written by Sheikh Mohammed. The location is home to a research centre with labs and classroom, and areas to showcase new technologies such as VR, AR and AI.
