Inspired by the fashionable Italian region of Puglia, the new food and relaxed restaurant is situated at Fairmont Dubai.
Located on the ninth floor of the hotel, Bistrot90 is the brainchild of restaurateur and wine producer Ivan Conte and his business partner Nicola Stridi who intend to bring the flavours of Puglia to Dubai with their first opening outside Italy.
The restaurant, lounge, terrace and nightlife spot is built on soul-warming, authentic Italian flavours with modern flair, paired with sustainable wines from vineyards across Italy and other countries.
Diners can gaze at Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and Museum of the Future through the restaurant’s large windows and an impressive terrace with a pool. Whilst the sun sets, guests can enjoy aperitivo and shisha on the terrace, with a resident DJ for entertainment.
