TORG International is collaborating with Start Concept on leasing the first outlet in Brussels, which is set to open in 2023.
The 15,300sq m outlet is situated in the heart of Belgium, just 25 minutes Southwest of the city Bruxelles. The outlet centre will be a part of a new mixed-use neighbourhood development, the Confluents, which will include residential. Leisure and diversified gastronomy elements.
Set on a former industrial site of more than 80 hectares, Tubize Outlet Mall will benefit from one of the most densely populated catchment areas in Europe, with over 7 million people living within 60 minutes of the location.
Construction is well advanced with the opening planned for late 2023. TORG International will collaborate with Start Concepts on leasing the outlet, with Robert van den Heuvel, Partner Development and Leasing, TORG International, saying: “There are not many strategic spots left in Europe for outlet developments and, for sure, the greater Brussels area is one of those locations that everybody has been waiting for, for many years.”
