Evergent Investments, a financial company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), has announced the development of a new mixed-use project in Iași with an estimated value above €100M.
The project will be developed on a land plot of 2.56ha in the central part of the city. The investor has secured an urban zoning plan (PUZ) for the scheme that will include residential, office and commercial components. Evergent will invest in 850 apartments, 16,765sq m of offices, 4,191sq m for commercial facilities, while green spaces will span 6,000sq m.
Evergent manages assets of around €505M and a market capitalisation of €222M.
