Late last month, US burger chain Shake Shack announced the opening of its seventh branch in Hong Kong in May.
Located at Citygate Outlet in Tung Chung, Hong Kong, the new location will boast 3,921sq ft space with 129 indoor and outdoor seating.
To celebrate the launch, Shake Shack collaborated with Hong Kong artist Bo Law who specialises in compressed line art, to create #Shackventure hoarding artwork inspired by the classic Flying Chess board game.
Law brings the artwork to life by taking reference from the chess pieces used in the game. His colourful artwork also reimagines the diverse community and culture surrounding Citygate and beyond, inviting everyone from the local community to come and gather at the restaurant.
To date, Shake Shack has expanded to more than 350 locations in 30 US states and the District of Columbia, including more than 120 international locations including London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Philippines, Mexico, Istanbul, Dubai, Tokyo, Seoul and more.
