The $217M residential project is Dar Al Arkan’s first in the UAE, and the region’s first-ever living space designed by the Italian fashion house Missoni.
Dar Al Arkan, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading property developers, has topped out the Urban Oasis residential tower in partnership with the luxury Italian fashion house, Missoni, at 34 storeys, marking a key construction milestone on the project.
The structural completion was celebrated by the company’s chairman, Yousef Al Shelash, who visited the site and participated in the topping-out ceremony. Urban Oasis is currently 80 per cent sold to a diverse range of homeowners and investors representing more than 45 nationalities.
The tower is Dar Al Arkan’s first project in the UAE, and the region’s first-ever bespoke Missoni-inspired living spaces designed by Italian fashion brand’s MissoniHome line that is dedicated to interiors, decor, and furnishings.
Urban Oasis is situated in the heart of the city directly on the Dubai Water Canal in close proximity to Downtown Dubai’s top attractions such as Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, among other premium lifestyle locations.
