Lotte Duty Free Opens Sydney Boutique

Ramping up its Asia Pacific expansion, the South Korean company has launched a three-level boutique in the heart of downtown Sydney.

The store, which features interiors designed by Bates Smart, is situated on the corner of Sydney’s Pitt and Market Streets. It’s fresh and contemporary style integrates the latest technology which has been implemented to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.

The store brings together more than 150 international brands, some of which are being presented in the Australian travel retail sector for the first time. Customers can shop Pola. Cosme Decorte, Estee Lauder, Lancome, Shiseido, SK-II, Gucci Beauty and Australian brands such as Beauty Chef and Vita Glow. In an exciting addition, the store also features a cellar-door experience where customers can connect with Lotte Duty Free’s resident sommelier to sample local wines and premium whiskies.

Stephen Timms, CEO, Lotte Duty Free Oceania, said: “Design innovation and client experience were the guiding principles in the creation of this store. Lotte Duty Free is a travel destination in its own right and something we want people to build into their plans and be excited to experience as part of the international travel journey.”
