Kim Kardashian’s shapewear and clothing label Skims has launched The Adaptive Collection, an underwear line dedicated to people with limited mobility.
The inclusive collection features four styles and comes with four different colour schemes – clay, sienna, cocoa, and onyx – and sizes ranging from XXS to 4X.
“That’s something that the adaptive community is not always offered,” said Scout Bassett, Paralympic track & field athlete, who is also the face of the new range. “Usually, you get one option and everybody has to choose from the same colour or the same style. It’s great that this new Skims collection features both a thong, a brief, and a boy short and it comes in several different colour options, something for everybody.”
The items are specially designed with hook-and-eye fasteners to help customers put them on and off easily. The fabric features a soft nylon-Spandex blend that can stretch up to twice the size.
