Eyad Alhasan Launches New Dubai Restaurant

Centred around the concept of food and fire, Chef Eyad Smoked Meats Restaurant is now open on Sheikh Zayed Road. The Levant and Texan barbecue fusion outlet offers dishes smoked with all-natural charcoal, dancing butchers and servers.

Eyad Alhasan shot to fame in his home country Palestine for his barbecue and smoked meats that were smoked and seasoned with a fusion of Levant spices and flavours of Texan barbecue.

Now open in Dubai, with a view of the Burj Khalifa, Chef Eyad Smoked Meats Restaurant is located on Sheikh Zayed Road near the first interchange, and has a capacity of 200 diners, with three separate dining areas, including smoking, non-smoking and a private dining room.

The menu features cuts of USDA prime black Angus beef and local lamb coated in Alhasan’s ‘secret’ seasoning and marinated and smoked for eight to 12 hours. The restaurant servers, who are known to regularly burst into an impromptu dabke performance, will be on hand to recommend the best cuts for each guest and advise on sauces and sides.
