Ras Al Khaimah-based real estate developer Al Hamra has rolled out a new set of luxury villas in Falcon Island for sale – with a unit starting at $1.69M.
The Phase 2 rollout includes 127 units, which will come with dedicated electric car charging stations and buggies, are now available for sale for local and international investors, the developer said in a statement.
Al Hamra earlier launched the project’s phase 1 with houses priced starting from AED1.2M, which it said was sold out within a week.
“The strong international investor response to Phase 1 reflects on the quality of the offering, long-term returns assured by Falcon Island and the popularity of Ras Al Khaimah as a preferred destination for living and holidaying,” Benoy Kurien, Group Chief of Al Hamra said, adding they are “confident of a similar response to Phase 2”. The Falcon Island development is part of Al Hamra’s five-year plan to drive growth in RAK, which plays a critical role in the UAE’s plans to diversify its economy.
