Offside Bar Ready for World Cup

After opening its doors in 2019, the casual sports bar Offside has undergone a dynamic facelift ahead of the FIFA World Cup.

“Elevating our customer’s experience is the priority, so we want to keep up with the latest trends and learning what preferences our guests have are a must. This is especially useful when implementing new technology. We have installed a state-of-the-art sound system and audio-visual taken the experience to a new level,” says Tim Quarm, General Manager.

According to Quarm, the venue has more than 25 top-grade high-definition TVs showing every sport from around the world. Moreover, Offside offers six semi-private booths which can accommodate up to 10 people each.

He added: “The venue now has an increased capacity of 275. This means that sports fans at Offside will hear every kick, engine growl and crowd roar with a new level of clarity after a significant upgrade of the bar’s high-tech audio system. We also added a fantastic new assortment of draught beer as well as a brand-new outdoor bar and seating area.”

The revamp also saw the addition of new people. Quarm explained: “Our former crew is still working with us. However, we have on boarded new staff. Since this is one of the components of our unique selling proposition, we are always sure to hire new staff that are sports enthusiasts, passionate and love what they do. As a result, many of our guests keep coming back, as well as suggesting Offside to friends and family.”
