Wex Photo Video, the photographic retailer, has teamed up with powerhouse Sony to open the smallest camera site in the UK.
The new pop-up shop is positioned 2,569 feet above sea level on Moel Hebog high up in the Snowdonia mountains. Even despite its remote location, the shop offers guests expert advice as well as having on display a selection of cameras, tripods and lenses.
Paul Wareham, Marketing Director at Wex Photo Video, said: “Our research and website data shows that capturing better content is more of a focus than ever before. We wanted to match the epic efforts that are going towards capturing the perfect pictures, and with our most remote camera store on Moel Hebog, we’re able to provide quality equipment and expertise to help customers capture the pictures they want.”
Launched last Friday, the opening comes as the business celebrates its 25th anniversary year.
