Square 7 Properties and Mitiska REIM investment fund have completed the extension of the Slatina Shopping Park which is located in Southern Romania.
The extension includes 7,000sq m which has already been leased to prominent fashion retailers, and the two anchor tenants are well-known supermarket chains.
“We are finalizing the construction for a new surface of approximately 7,000 sqm where C&A, JYSK, Hervis Sports & Fashion, New Yorker, Kik, Sinsay, Superzoo, Tabac Xpress and Medimfarm will inaugurate new stores,” Brîndușa Grama, Leasing Manager at Square 7, said.
The retail portfolio of Square 7 Properties and Mitiska covers 26 parks with a total leasable area of 142,000sq m.
